Our galvanizing complies with standards UNE EN ISO 1461 and/or UNE EN 10240. We inspect the end product and go about all of the corresponding finishing work. We also have the ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environment certificates.
At Galvanizados Olaizola we have the capacity to respond to urgent situations and are flexible in meeting unexpected requirements, always according to our clients’ needs.
At Galvanizados Olaizola we work closely with our clients when designing a new piece in order to study their galvanizing requirements.
We have special interior pipe blowing machinery with a capacity of more than 5,000 t/year, thanks to which we obtain an better galvanized finish with guaranteed uniformity inside and out.

In addition to our galvanized service, at Galvanizados Olaizola we manage logistics, offer storage and carry out assembly, painting and thermo-lacquering operations. We also take care of packaging and shipping.
We adapt to delivery requirements, preparing the pieces and their packaging according to the clients’ indications. Given its proximity to the Port of Bilbao, Galvanizados Olaizola specialises in loading containers for their direct shipment to port.
Flexible management means that we can produce work in less than 24 hours, receiving and shipping the material on the same day. Thanks to our philosophy, the quality service we provide is identical for both urgent and standard deliveries.
Galvanizados Olaizola has baths in dimensions 12,350 x 1,700 x 2,600 for hot-dip galvanizing and can also galvanize pieces of even larger dimensions.
